Savannah, Georgia 2022

One of my close friends (Ekta) and I took a weekend vacation to Savannah for the first time!

Let me tell you: Savannah was something beyond special, so special that I would say it’s one of my favorite cities now, if not my #1 favorite.

There’s so many reasons why I would consider it my all time favorite city, although I only spent one weekend there - like one of the past Savannah Uber drivers we had once said: Savannah has it all. If you like the city life, we have that. If you like the beach life, we have that too.

And I couldn’t have agreed more! Leaving our little cozy cottage (curtesy of Air bnb,) and going from the cobblestone streets of Savannah’s historic district to the sandy beaches of Tybee Island was like taking a step back in time.

The Victorian architecture, trolleys and Spanish moss swaying from tree branches arching over city sidewalks was all that I needed and more to fall hard for Savannah’s southern charm.
